1. General

By accessing and purchasing from Hoyiyo Shop International Sdn Bhd via Facebook Live or any of our online platforms, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

2. Orders

  • All orders placed during live sessions are considered final once confirmed by our team via message or invoice.
  • Please ensure all product details (color, size, quantity) are correct before confirming your purchase.
  • Hoyiyo Shop reserves the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock or due to system error.

3. Payment

  • Full payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation of order.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, e-wallet, or other methods as announced during live sessions.
  • Failure to make payment within the specified time may result in order cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after payment is received.
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
    • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 7-12 working days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and exact destination.
  • Hoyiyo Shop is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted for defective items or incorrect items sent, and must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Customers must provide photo or video evidence of the issue when requesting a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Wrong color or size ordered by the customer
    • Sale or clearance items

6. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions, but actual colors may vary due to screen settings or lighting during live streams.
  • Please ask questions during the live session if you need clarification before purchasing.

7. Liability

  • Hoyiyo Shop shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of products purchased.
  • All usage of our products is at the customer’s own risk.

  • We respect your privacy. All personal information provided to us will be kept confidential and used solely for order processing and customer service.
