Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The item is out of stock after payment has been made.
  • You cancelled your order before it was shipped out (with valid reason and confirmation from our team).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the item is shipped.
  • Wrong size, color, or product was ordered by the customer.
  • Item was damaged due to misuse or negligence after receipt.
  • Promotional, sale, or clearance items are strictly non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via Facebook, WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for refund, and supporting photos or videos if applicable.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original payment method.

4. Important Notes

  • Refund amount excludes shipping charges, unless the refund is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Please do not return any product until you receive our confirmation.
