We currently deliver within Malaysia (West & East).
For international shipping, please contact us directly for availability and charges.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed within 3 working days after full payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak sales (e.g. special promotions or holidays), processing time may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after processing:

  • West Malaysia: 3-5 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 7-12 working days
  • Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors.

4. Courier Services

We use trusted courier partners such as:

  • DHL
  • JS Express

Tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Final delivery cost will be confirmed during checkout or order confirmation.

6. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
  • If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and items for our review.
  • We will assist in filing claims with the courier and arrange replacements or refunds where applicable.
