We currently deliver within Malaysia (West & East).
For international shipping, please contact us directly for availability and charges.
2. Processing Time
- Orders will be processed within 3 working days after full payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak sales (e.g. special promotions or holidays), processing time may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after processing:
- West Malaysia: 3-5 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 7-12 working days
- Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors.
4. Courier Services
We use trusted courier partners such as:
- DHL
- JS Express
Tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
5. Delivery Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
- Final delivery cost will be confirmed during checkout or order confirmation.
6. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
- If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your parcel arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
- Provide clear photos of the packaging and items for our review.
- We will assist in filing claims with the courier and arrange replacements or refunds where applicable.
