- The item is out of stock after payment has been made.
- You cancelled your order before it was shipped out (with valid reason and confirmation from our team).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the item is shipped.
- Wrong size, color, or product was ordered by the customer.
- Item was damaged due to misuse or negligence after receipt.
- Promotional, sale, or clearance items are strictly non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via Facebook, WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for refund, and supporting photos or videos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original payment method.
4. Important Notes
- Refund amount excludes shipping charges, unless the refund is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
- Please do not return any product until you receive our confirmation.
