1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
  • You must report the issue within 2 days after receiving the item. We will not be responsible for any issues reported after 2 days.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags or accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items
  • Items returned after 2 days of receipt
  • Change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong color/size chosen by buyer)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short explanation.
  3. Wait for return approval. Do not send back the item until we confirm.
  4. Once approved, return the item using a reliable courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
  5. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange within 3–7 working days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for items that are out of stock, defective, or not replaceable.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to seller’s mistake.
