1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
- You must report the issue within 2 days after receiving the item. We will not be responsible for any issues reported after 2 days.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags or accessories intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items
- Items returned after 2 days of receipt
- Change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong color/size chosen by buyer)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short explanation.
- Wait for return approval. Do not send back the item until we confirm.
- Once approved, return the item using a reliable courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange within 3β7 working days.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for items that are out of stock, defective, or not replaceable.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to sellerβs mistake.
